Genternity Hall I, to be built in western Maryland, will comprise approximately 25,000 square feet of interior floor space, including space for cryogenic chambers, research laboratories, conference rooms, lecture halls and offices.

The human figure standing by the main entrance conveys some idea of the scale of the structure. The facade measures approximately 120 feet in width. The peak of the main tower reaches to a height of approximately 70 feet above ground level. The entire structure is to be built of high strength concrete, metal, and stone.   An exact replica (Genternity Hall II) will be built in Northern Arizona. The construction cost of each facility is estimated at between $10 million and $15 million in Y2000 dollars.
